Cheese is a very important componet of the cheese steak. Without it you would just have a steak sandwich. Not good at all.
You could put provolone, white american, or cheese wiz on your cheese steak. Which cheese you select tells a lot about yourself.
Now put all three cheeses on there–a lot of places won’t let you do this though it would have been a selection on my now defunct cheese steak replicator–and you have one hell of a cheese steak. I’m think a super cheese steak.
